  • How long is the processing time for custom orders?

All custom orders have a processing time of 1 to 2 business days, mostly will be shipped out within 24 working hours, depending on the ordered item. We do offering express processing with next-day delivery at extra costs.

  • The bulbs I ordered did not fit fit my car, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you received is different from the OEM bulbs. Please contact our customer support by email service@allalighting.com to send back the item for an exchange with same cost's value at no additional costs.

  • Do you accept local pickup?

Yes, we do! Order will be ready to pickup in 24 working hours and you will receive email notification of ready to pickup. In case you want to pick it up the same day, please let us know once order completed by Live Chat or email service@allalighting.com.

  • How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping takes from 2 to 10 business days. If you are in a rush, we do offer next-day delivery.

How To Return & Refund

1. Submit a return request in My Orders or Contact Us to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return form.

3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
