Bought it for my 2005 LS430 with high beam drl flicker. Plugged everything like suggested and no more flickering.

I was very impressed with the quality construction of the bulbs. They are very bright. The bang for the buck is well worth it.
There were two video versions for the installation and I had the old one. Customer service was great and she had me sorted out quickly. If the two bolts on the top of the bumper have stripped phillips heads (which is probable), simply peel off the rubber surrounding the head of the bolt. Nice lights. Great upgrade.
