Domestic(U.S) Shipping

All domestic (U.S.) orders ship with USPS, and all orders placed before 3 PM CST will ship the same day, if all items are in stock. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout, based on order size. Delivery usually takes just 2-7 business days.


You will receive updates from our website when your order is shipped, along with a unique shipment number to ensure that your order is correctly shipped out. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Customs Fees for International Shipping

Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.


As we use only standard mail, our customers normally do not incur any type of import fees, customs fees, or tariffs for smaller shipments. However, this cannot be guaranteed, and any fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

International Shipping

We ship to almost everywhere in the world using USPS shipping services or DHL based on your order details, along with your country's postal service. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. We normally offer standard mail, Priority International, and EMS Express. Please note that the shipping time can vary widely, based on your countries mail service and border policies. Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase. Puerto Rico: As we use standard USPS, PR is considered a US territory for mailing purposes, and can be selected as such at checkout. Shipping will be domestic U.S. rates. Canada: We ship to Canada every day! Most small orders will cost around $15.00 via standard mail. We also offer Priority and Express EMS. To see exact shipping rates, please view your options at checkout. We also offer DHL service to Canada. Europe: We ship to every major country in Europe using standard mail. You can check the shipping cost at checkout, as it will be calculated based on your cart. We offer standard mail, Priority, and EMS Express. Shipping FAQs

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Usually we have 3 shipping service options as below:

1. Local Pickup

2. Standard Shipping, normally for domestic USA, the packages will be expected to be delivered within 2-8 business days depends on the destination.

3. Expedited Shipping, normally for domestic USA, the packages will be expected to be delivered within 1-4 business days depends on the destination.

Most orders are shipped out by USPS (United States Postal Service), yet for some orders maybe shipped out by UPS or DHL, for the shipping details, normally you will receive the order shipping confirmation after the order shipped out within 24 working hours.

How do I place an Order?

1. Add to Cart

Select the item you are interested and Add to Cart .

2. Review Shopping Cart 

After you finish shopping, review all items in the shopping cart to verify the order items and qty.

3. Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready to order, and select the button Checkout to complete the order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship international, like Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Korea, Japan, etc. For the details, please check international shipping policy.

For the shipping delivery date, it is expected to be delivered within 7-30 business days depends on the country and customs clearance.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

For the order within 30 days, you don't need to pay for any cost if it is our manufacturer defect, please contact us directly for return.

Yet if the order over 30 days, which may vary depends on the order's situation.

How do I return an item?

We have a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy.

If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of purchase, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. 

Returns within the U.S. will receive a USPS label for small orders or a UPS label for large orders. 

RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and misshipments.

Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.

Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement.

We do not refund shipping.

COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.

We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
