What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Usually we have 3 shipping service options as below:
1. Local Pickup
2. Standard Shipping, normally for domestic USA, the packages will be expected to be delivered within 2-8 business days depends on the destination.
3. Expedited Shipping, normally for domestic USA, the packages will be expected to be delivered within 1-4 business days depends on the destination.
Most orders are shipped out by USPS (United States Postal Service), yet for some orders maybe shipped out by UPS or DHL, for the shipping details, normally you will receive the order shipping confirmation after the order shipped out within 24 working hours.
How do I place an Order?
1. Add to Cart
Select the item you are interested and Add to Cart .
2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in the shopping cart to verify the order items and qty.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, and select the button Checkout to complete the order.

We accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay as well as “countactless cards” from Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship international, like Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Korea, Japan, etc. For the details, please check international shipping policy.
For the shipping delivery date, it is expected to be delivered within 7-30 business days depends on the country and customs clearance.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
For the order within 30 days, you don't need to pay for any cost if it is our manufacturer defect, please contact us directly for return.
Yet if the order over 30 days, which may vary depends on the order's situation.
How do I return an item?
We have a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy.
If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of purchase, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
Returns within the U.S. will receive a USPS label for small orders or a UPS label for large orders.
RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and misshipments.
Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.
Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement.
We do not refund shipping.
COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
