They didn't work correctly even with resistors

I soldered in 50W 6ohm resistors in parallel for each brake light bulb. When I turn on my car's drl/headlights, the led brake lights from ALLA do this insanely fast flickering. Not the same thing as the hyper flash (which is a quick on/off strobing). But this problem I'm having is an INSANELY fast flickering at half brightness. I used a voltage meter to determine the +ve and -ve wires. Why won't these work correctly when the del/headlights are on??????
